Working as an Estate Agent I have, unfortunately, overheard a few negative comments about my profession, such as “Don’t trust an estate agent” and “once they get the business, they lose interest”, as much I would like to disagree, this sort of lack of confidence is a simple lack of trust as a result of poor experiences. I believe confidence and trust should be earned and earned by the provision of excellence.
Working with a wide range of clients from my local community, to large investors from the UK’s Capital and Oversees. I have certainly had to gain trust to make a living in our industry. Being able to offer an individualised service for each and every client is at the heart of what I offer and a unique skill that I bring to the table.
