I have very little time for estate agents but felt the need to leave this review after viewing one of Ashley Woulds properties with Ashley himself leading the viewing. The property in question wasn’t right for us but we left knowing that, when we find the right property, we want Ashley Would Estate Agents to sell our existing property for us. No hard sell, just honest appraisal of the properties good points, acknowledgements of potential negative issues and clear knowledge of the local market all delivered with a warmth I wasn’t expecting. The AW team were absolutely wonderful on the guidance of buying our first home. Well what can I say about Ashley and his team! From the moment we met Ashley, he made us feel at ease and comfortable and we were in our own home! The Whats App group set up really helped us to contact the team and we had weekly (and eventually daily) updates and all parties were chased without us having to do any of the work!Sharon made me feel relaxed when I was concerned about allowing random strangers into own home and clearly sold our house very well!! We had 8 offers 2 days later!Charlotte was amazing!! Throughout the whole experience, there were A LOT of issues but with Charlotte’s support, advice and care she dealt with everything professionally, calmly and quickly – she probably went above and beyond what she needed to do so we thank you very much :)I would highly recommend Ashley and the team and thank them all for their hard work and dedication in helping our house move go as smoothly as it can! We used Ashley Would Estate Agent recently when selling our first house. Right from the start it was clear that Ashley and the amazing team (Charlotte, Jess and Sharon) offered a truly personal service, and I can hand on heart say this was the case throughout.With Ashley’s knowledge, guidance and advice, the first viewing was arranged within a couple of days of going live. We never thought we would secure an offer as quickly as we did however within a day of Jess holding the first viewing, an offer was made. Once we accepted the offer, Charlotte updated us with news and progress on a weekly basis. Charlotte was proactive in seeking updates from within the chain, ensuring continued progress.While selling our first house and purchasing our forever home, we were also expecting our first child. What they say is two of the most stressful times in someone’s life, it was anything but that because of Ashley and the team. Nothing was ever a problem for them and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and prompt completion.I cannot recommend Ashley Would Estate Agent highly enough. The Ashley Would team have been amazing! We have just sold our first home. They all made the whole process such a breeze – from Ashley completing the evaluation and photos, Jess – for completing the house viewings, and Charlotte – being out port of call at the end of the phone and taking me through things one multiple occasions!
